For communities and businesses that play closing announcements at the pool, playground, or event space. When your hours change, update them here so the announcements play at the right time.
Five things to know before you change the hours
Check the organization first
Make sure the right company is selected before you change anything.
Each site is set on its own
Hours are set per site. Changing one site doesn't change the others.
Turn days on or off
Set start and end times for each day, or switch a day off so no announcements play.
Copy to Next
Copy one day's hours to the next day instead of typing them again.
15-minute steps
Times can only be set in 15-minute increments.
Change the hours for a site
Log in to your company's Axis Audio Manager Center and confirm the correct organization is selected.
Select Sites on the left side of the page.
Click the site you want to change (for example, the pool or clubhouse) to open its page.
At the top, click the Scheduling tab to see the opening hours.
Check or uncheck each day to turn it on or off, then set its start and end time.
Use the Copy to Next button on the right to repeat a day's hours on the next day.
Click Save. Repeat for any other site that needs the same change.
Good to know: scheduled announcements don't have to follow the opening hours. An announcement can be scheduled on its own, so check both if something plays at the wrong time.
