We service and repair Hikvision systems, but we don’t install new ones. Because Hikvision equipment doesn’t meet federal NDAA requirements, we only work on systems that are already installed. For new cameras, we install NDAA & TAA compliant cameras on Brivo Video, formerly Eagle Eye Networks.

What we do

How we keep your Hikvision system working

If your business or community already runs on Hikvision cameras and recorders, Complete I.T. keeps them online and recording. We do not sell or install new Hikvision equipment because it is not NDAA compliant. When you are ready, we upgrade you to Brivo Video, formerly Eagle Eye Networks.

Repairs and troubleshooting

We track down offline cameras, failing recorders, and network problems so your existing system keeps doing its job.

Upgrade to Brivo Video

Brivo Video, formerly Eagle Eye Networks, records to the cloud and works from any browser or phone, on NDAA & TAA compliant cameras.

A phased move

We plan the move in stages on your schedule and budget. ONVIF cameras can connect through a bridge and analog cameras through our encoders while you replace them, and cabling and mounts are reused where we can.

About Hikvision

What Hikvision does

Hikvision is a Chinese maker of security cameras and recorders that were widely installed across Florida before federal restrictions. The NDAA bars federal agencies and contractors from using its video equipment, and the FCC has cut off approval of new Hikvision equipment. In most cases, systems already installed can stay in use, so we keep them running and help you plan a move to compliant equipment on your schedule.

What we do with Hikvision

  • Diagnose offline cameras, recording gaps, and failed hard drives
  • Repair wiring, power, and network problems on existing systems
  • Upgrade you to Brivo Video, formerly Eagle Eye Networks
  • Plan a phased upgrade to NDAA & TAA compliant cameras, reusing your cabling where we can
