What we do

Everything your organization runs on, under one roof

Most businesses juggle an IT company, a camera installer, a gate company, and a phone vendor. We're all four, and we know how the pieces fit together.

Who we are

Local to Tampa Bay. Still run by its founders.

Thomas Giella and Charlie Bourne started Complete I.T. in 2014 so businesses wouldn't have to coordinate four vendors to keep their technology working. More than a decade later, we're still local, still founder-led, and still answering our own phones.

FAQ

Questions we hear most

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes. Most of our clients are small and mid-sized organizations, including offices, medical practices, manufacturers, schools, churches, and communities, that want enterprise-grade technology without an in-house IT department.

Can one company really handle IT and physical security?

That's the whole idea. Cameras, access control, gates, phones, and computers all run on the same network, so one team that understands how they fit together fixes problems faster and avoids finger-pointing.

What areas do you serve?

We work on site across the greater Tampa Bay area. Have a project somewhere else in Florida? Give us a call, we can often help. Remote support works from anywhere.

How does the free assessment work?

Tell us what you have and what's not working. We'll call you to learn more, and we try to reach you the same business day. If a site visit would help, we'll schedule one. There's no pressure and no obligation.
