Run and terminate CAT6 and fiber, install cameras and access control equipment, help troubleshoot, and learn the trade with hands-on training.

Marketing Coordinator
Promote our IT, security, and business phone services online and in person: website, social media, Google reviews, and project photos, plus trade shows and community events.

Do I need experience?
It depends on the career. For Install Technician 1, some hands-on cabling experience helps, and we train you on networking, cabling, fiber, cameras, access control, gates and operators, directories, WiFi, troubleshooting, and more. The Business Development Representative and Marketing Coordinator roles ask for at least a year of related experience. Each job page lists what it needs.
Is there travel?
It depends on the career. Install technicians work at job sites mainly in the Tampa Bay region, and some jobs require travel outside Tampa Bay, including overnight stays. The Business Development Representative travels across Florida for trade shows and expos, and the Marketing Coordinator works trade shows and community events.
What are the hours?
All positions are full-time, and the schedule depends on the career. Install technicians usually work weekdays and are paid hourly, plus paid overtime when approved. The Business Development Representative and Marketing Coordinator include some nights and weekends for trade shows and events.
