Many Tampa Bay communities and businesses still run LiftMaster Mega Arm barrier operators, and LiftMaster's newer TECHNA line is replacing them with LED arms and towers, battery backup, and remote status. We also install and service LiftMaster swing and rolling gate operators.
Mega Arm service
We repair and maintain existing Mega Arm (MA and MAT) operators, and replace them when parts or age make it the better choice.
TECHNA, the replacement
LiftMaster's TECHNA barrier operators come in commercial, parking, and industrial models, with a brushless DC motor and battery backup.
LED arms and towers
Lit arms and red and green tower lights make the arm visible day and night and help prevent strikes.
With a swing gate or on its own
A barrier arm can run alone at an entrance or exit, or alongside a swing gate as a second layer at the same entrance.
Arms sized to the lane
Mega Arm LED arms come in 12 and 17 foot lengths, TECHNA commercial arms in 10, 12, and 14 feet, and the industrial model spans lanes up to 24 feet.
Status from anywhere
TECHNA operators connect over Wi-Fi or Ethernet to show status and errors and send alerts, such as when the arm is hit.
Swing gate operators
Commercial swing operators for single and dual gates at community and business entrances, with battery backup.
Rolling (slide) gate operators
Slide operators for rolling gates at yards, communities, and commercial sites.
Safety accessories
Photo eyes and edges for UL 325 entrapment protection on every operator we install.
Mega Arm, TECHNA, and swing gate operators
The Mega Arm many sites still run, the TECHNA line replacing it, and a commercial swing gate operator.
