Examples from day-to-day operations.
An employee leaves the company on a Friday. The owner removes their phone and badge access from the app, with no locks to change and no keys to chase.
Before a board meeting, an executive reviews entry activity across every property from one dashboard. A departing manager loses access at every site with one change.
A unit owner sells and moves out. The manager turns off their fob and mobile pass, and the new owner's access to the lobby, garage, and pool works the same day.
Residents keep their gate remotes or use windshield tags, the pool and clubhouse open on a schedule, and after an incident the board can see exactly who came in and when.
When a lease ends in Yardi or Entrata, Brivo can shut off that resident's fob and phone access automatically, and the next resident's mobile pass is ready on move-in day.
A visitor gets an email invite before their meeting, checks in at the lobby kiosk, and the host gets a text. The guest's temporary pass stops working when the visit ends.
A contractor's badge only works at the gate and dock during their shift. When a dock door opens at 2 a.m., the manager sees the entry with the video clip from home.
A threat is reported at city hall. Staff lock down every door from the app, and the access log shows who came and went.
