Each website runs in its own isolated environment on our server, not in a shared folder alongside other sites.

WordPress core updates

We keep WordPress core up to date. If you have licensed themes or plugins, we can keep those updated as well.

Backups kept 30 days minimum

We take snapshots of your site weekly, daily, or hourly, depending on your plan, and keep them for a minimum of 30 days.

SSL certificates

A wildcard SSL certificate is included, covering your domain and all of its subdomains. Premium SSL certificates are available as well.

Domain and DNS

We can manage your domain name and its DNS settings, so your website address is one less thing to worry about.

Website migration

We migrate your existing WordPress site to our server. Migration for sites built on other platforms is coming soon.

Can you host a site someone else built?

Yes, if it runs on WordPress and you have administrator access. We review the site first so there are no surprises.

Do you update plugins and themes?

We keep WordPress core updated. If you have licensed themes or plugins, we can include their updates as well. Custom-built plugins and themes need a developer and aren't included.

How long are backups kept?

A minimum of 30 days. We take snapshots of your site weekly, daily, or hourly, depending on your plan and the type of website.

Is an SSL certificate included?

Yes. A wildcard SSL certificate is included, covering your domain and its subdomains. Premium SSL certificates are also available.

Can you manage our domain name?

Yes. We can manage your domain and its DNS settings, so your website address is handled along with everything else.

Is email included?
