1. Introduction
Complete I.T. Corp ("Complete I.T.," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information entrusted to us.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information obtained through our website, www.completeit.io, our business communications, and our interactions with prospective and existing customers.
As a provider of managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, networking, telecommunications, access control, video surveillance, and related technology services, we recognize the importance of responsible information management and data security.
We strive to handle information in a manner consistent with applicable laws, contractual obligations, and reasonable industry practices.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through:

Certain customer systems, hosted services, software platforms, and technology solutions may be subject to separate customer agreements, manufacturer privacy policies, third-party service terms, or specific data processing arrangements.

This policy covers two different kinds of information:
- Information we collect for our own business. This includes website visitors, inquiries, quotes, customer contacts, billing, and job applications. Complete I.T. Corp decides how this information is used, as described in this policy.
- Information we process on behalf of customers. This includes resident and employee records, access credentials and access history, video recordings, and license plate data in the systems we install, host, or manage. The customer decides how this information is collected and used, and the customer agreement controls our specific responsibilities, data retention, access permissions, and security obligations. Sections 8 and 9 describe our role.

Access, retention, disclosure, and deletion of identification information are subject to the applicable customer agreement, system configuration, service provider arrangements, and legal requirements.
Complete I.T. Corp does not independently determine a customer's eligibility requirements or approval decisions unless expressly authorized under the applicable service arrangement.

Complete I.T. Corp may use artificial intelligence, automation, and other software-assisted technologies to support internal business operations, improve administrative efficiency, assist with customer communications, and deliver authorized services.
Where personal, confidential, or customer-controlled information is processed using such technologies, its use remains subject to applicable agreements, legal requirements, and our information security practices.
Complete I.T. Corp does not authorize the use of customer-confidential information for unrelated third-party artificial intelligence model training without appropriate authorization.
6. Email and Marketing Communications
Visitors may choose to receive information about Complete I.T. Corp, including newsletters, company announcements, service offerings, product updates, industry developments, and other business-related communications.
Where required by law, we obtain appropriate consent before sending marketing communications.
Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method where legally required.
You may also request removal from applicable marketing distribution lists by contacting us directly.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily prevent us from sending operational communications necessary to respond to your requests, administer an existing customer relationship, or provide contracted services.
7. Text Messaging and SMS Communications
Complete I.T. Corp may use SMS or other text messaging services to communicate regarding inquiries, appointments, service scheduling, technical support, project updates, and other business-related matters.
Where required by applicable law, we obtain appropriate consent before sending text messages.
If you separately opt in to receive marketing or promotional text messages, we may send those messages in accordance with the consent provided and applicable law.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or a similar word to one of our messages, or by telling us in any other reasonable way, such as calling or emailing us. You may reply HELP for assistance or contact us directly at (813) 444-4355.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing products or services.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in consent records, and related messaging consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share information with authorized messaging service providers solely as necessary to deliver communications, administer messaging services, maintain consent records, and comply with applicable requirements.
Opting out of promotional messaging does not eliminate other legally permitted communications unrelated to promotional campaigns.
8. Customer Information and Technology Services
As part of our technology integration and managed service operations, Complete I.T. Corp may be authorized to access or process information stored within customer-owned or third-party-managed technology systems.
Depending on the products and services provided, these systems may include:
- Computers, servers, and managed networks.
- Cloud applications, email platforms, and productivity services.
- Cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Access control and credential management systems.
- Video surveillance and related recording platforms.
- Visitor and resident management systems.
- Telecommunications and VoIP services.
- Remote monitoring and technical support platforms.
Access to these systems is performed for legitimate service-related purposes and is subject to applicable customer authorizations, contractual terms, vendor requirements, and legal obligations.
Complete I.T. Corp does not claim ownership of customer business records, resident information, security recordings, or other customer-provided data solely because we install, configure, support, or administer the systems in which that information is stored.
The ownership, access rights, retention, disclosure, transfer, and deletion of such information are governed by the applicable customer agreements, platform terms, and legal requirements.
Who owns the information does not by itself determine every legal privacy responsibility. Those responsibilities depend on applicable law and on the roles set out in the customer agreement.
In certain arrangements, Complete I.T. Corp may act as a service provider processing information on behalf of the customer rather than independently determining how that information is collected or used.
9. Video Surveillance, Access Control, and Security-Related Information
Complete I.T. Corp provides installation, integration, administration, and support services for physical security technologies.
Depending on the system and customer agreement, these technologies may process information such as:

- Security alarms, events, and operational logs.
When supporting these systems, Complete I.T. Corp may have access to certain information as authorized by the customer and required to perform contracted services.
The customer or applicable system operator generally determines the purposes for which surveillance, access control, and related security information is collected, subject to the specific contractual arrangement and applicable law.
Complete I.T. Corp does not independently assume responsibility for establishing a customer's surveillance policies, providing legally required notices, obtaining necessary consents, or determining appropriate retention periods unless expressly agreed in writing.
Security-related information may be processed or stored by third-party manufacturers and cloud platforms under their applicable terms and privacy policies.
Any request for access to surveillance recordings, access records, or sensitive security information may require authorization from the responsible customer or system owner, verification of the requester's authority, or compliance with applicable legal procedures.
Passwords and other sign-in secrets for customer systems are handled separately from credential identifiers and are available only to staff who need them to provide service.
If we receive a subpoena, public-records request, or other legal request for information we hold on a customer's behalf, we refer it to the customer where the law allows and disclose only what we are legally required to. For community development districts and other public-agency customers, the district is the custodian of its records under Florida's public records law, so requests for those records should be made to the district.

Complete I.T. Corp does not sell personal information to third parties for monetary compensation.
We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary.
A. Authorized Service Providers
We may utilize third-party providers to support our website, communications, scheduling, hosting, business operations, and customer services.

When authorized or necessary to provide requested services, relevant customer or technical information may be shared with equipment manufacturers, distributors, cloud platform providers, software vendors, telecommunications providers, and other technology partners.
Such disclosures may be necessary for product licensing, technical support, warranty processing, system provisioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, or related functions.
C. Legal and Regulatory Requirements
We may disclose information when required by applicable law, court order, subpoena, valid legal process, or regulatory obligation.
We may also disclose information where legally permissible and reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, safety, systems, or legitimate interests of Complete I.T. Corp, our customers, or others.
D. Business Transactions
If Complete I.T. Corp participates in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of business assets, relevant information may be disclosed or transferred as permitted by law and applicable contractual confidentiality obligations.
We do not authorize third-party service providers to use customer information for unrelated independent marketing merely because they perform services for Complete I.T. Corp.

Today, our website uses:

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss of information under our control.
Our security measures may vary depending on the nature of the information, the systems involved, applicable service arrangements, and operational requirements.

Customer data maintained within third-party cloud services, surveillance platforms, access control systems, backup services, or telecommunications systems may be subject to separate retention settings and provider policies.
14. Telecommunications and Customer Proprietary Network Information
Where Complete I.T. Corp provides telecommunications services subject to applicable federal Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) requirements, we handle covered information in accordance with those requirements.
CPNI may include certain information about subscribed telecommunications services, usage, technical configurations, call-related details, and billing records.
