Q: Do you offer support for systems you did not install?
A: Absolutely! Complete I.T. Corp is well versed in many of the intercom systems on the market today.
Q: Do you offer on-site support?
A: Yes. Depending on where you are located, our normal rate is a minimum of 2-hours of labor and trip charge.
Q: Can you warranty gate operators if you didn't originally install them?
A: Yes. As long as the manufacturer is ok with Complete I.T. Corp performing the maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair to the gate operators.
Q: I do not see the brand I have listed. Can you still work on it for us?
A: Most likely the answer is yes. The only time we cannot work on a system is if it is propietary and the manufacturer as specific vendors they use for installation and troubleshooting.
