LUTZ, FL (April 2021) Thomas Giella, CEO and co-founder of Complete I.T. Corp, has received the 2021 Distinguished Alumni Award from Pasco-Hernando State College (PHSC).
Giella was born and raised in Dade City. He earned associate degrees and an AutoCAD certificate at PHSC before completing a bachelor’s degree in management at Saint Leo University in 2012.
From incubator to local employer
Giella founded the company that became Complete I.T. in 2014, starting in the SMARTstart business incubator run with the Pasco Economic Development Council. It grew into a Pasco County technology and security company serving businesses, communities, and government agencies.
When the COVID-19 pandemic created a sudden need for personal protective equipment, Diverge Laser Systems, the laser sales and service company Giella co-owns, helped clients use laser cutters to meet that demand.
