WESLEY CHAPEL, FL (January 16, 2025) Thomas Giella, CEO and co-founder of Complete I.T. Corp, has joined the Brivo Partner Advisory Council (BPAC), a small group of Brivo partners who give the company direct feedback on its products, programs, and plans.
Complete I.T. has installed and supported Brivo cloud access control since 2018. A seat on the council means the problems Complete I.T.’s clients run into, and the features they ask for, reach the people building the product.
What the council does
- Meets with Brivo’s leadership and product teams through the year
- Reviews product plans and gives feedback before features are released
- Tests new Brivo hardware in the field before it reaches the wider market
What it means for clients
For businesses, communities, and government agencies that run Brivo, the council is another way their day-to-day experience shapes the system. Complete I.T. also hears about changes early, so clients get a heads-up before an app, a login, or a reader changes.
Editor’s note: Since joining, Giella has attended council meetings in Charlotte, North Carolina (March 2025) and Chicago (June 2026), and Complete I.T. has tested new hardware before release, including the Schlage XE360 wireless lock and the Brivo Door Station Pro, along with other upcoming Brivo products.
