WESLEY CHAPEL, FL (July 28, 2026) Thomas Giella, CEO and co-founder of Complete I.T. Corp, co-presented the opening live session of Brivo AI Week, “Beyond the Hype: Practical AI for Real-World Security and Operations,” with Brivo CEO Dean Drako. Brivo Vice President of Marketing Cooper Briscoe moderated.
Brivo AI Week ran online from July 27 to 31, 2026, for security professionals, integrators, and business leaders. The opening session focused on AI that is already working in the field today, and the practical, immediate benefits it brings to security and day-to-day operations.
Why an integrator was on the panel
Complete I.T. installs and supports Brivo access control and cloud video for businesses, communities, and government agencies across Tampa Bay, and has used AI video analytics on client systems for years. Giella brought the view from the field: what works on real properties, and what owners and managers actually use.
