WESLEY CHAPEL, FL (November 2025) Complete I.T. Corp has relaunched TechSoft Academy as its How-to guides. The purpose has not changed since 2015: help people understand their own technology.
Clients still ask the same kinds of questions they did then, about different technology. How to set up voicemail on a desk phone, how to add a user to the door access app, how to pull a clip from a camera. Many of these have short, simple answers, and clients would rather read them than wait on hold.
What the guides include
- Step-by-step guides for the phones, cameras, and access systems Complete I.T. installs
- Plain-language explanations of common I.T. tasks
- Tips that help clients avoid a service call
Background
In 2015, Thomas Giella launched TechSoft Academy as an offshoot of Gear Spinners, his web design company. It offered classes that taught bloggers and business owners more advanced web skills, a step beyond simply building a site for them. The Laker/Lutz News featured it that spring in a profile of Giella and his early ventures.
Complete I.T. will keep adding guides as questions come in, and the How-to guides are available any time.
