Can we limit pool and clubhouse hours?
Yes. Custom schedules can be created and modified for each amenity by day and time, including holiday hours.
Can we turn off amenity access for a resident?
Yes. Access can be suspended for any resident in seconds and restored just as fast, so your community can apply its own rules for amenity access.
Do residents need an app?
No. Residents can choose to use the mobile app or a mobile wallet, a key fob, a key card, or a PIN code.
What happens when a resident loses a fob?
Remove it from the system and assign a new one. There's nothing to rekey.
Can it work with our existing gates and doors?
Often, yes. Many existing systems can be serviced and upgraded with cloud management, without replacing everything. Older amenity access systems can also be upgraded.
Does it connect to our property software?
For apartment communities, yes. Brivo integrates with Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, and Rent Manager, so amenity access is granted at move-in and removed at move-out automatically. Other integrations are available as well. Contact us to find out what works with your software.
