LUTZ, FL (December 2019) Thomas Giella and Charlie Bourne, owners of Complete I.T. Corp, started Diverge Laser Systems in December 2019, a sister company providing sales and support for Universal Laser Systems equipment.
Before Complete I.T., Giella and Bourne both worked at Engraving Systems Support, in sales, marketing, and support. When that company was sold to a competitor, laser owners in the region lost a familiar local source for service and support. Diverge was created to fill that gap.
What Diverge does
Diverge Laser Systems is a factory-authorized sales and service partner for Universal Laser Systems, along with PUREX and BOFA air filtration. It offers:
- Sales of laser engraving, cutting, and marking systems
- Remote and onsite support
- Parts and filtration
Customers use these systems to engrave, cut, and mark metal, wood, acrylic, fabric, and more.
Relationship to Complete I.T.
Diverge is a separate company, but it shares the same owners and the same approach: honest advice and support from people who know the equipment. Giella has said he hopes laser equipment can help bring more manufacturing work to Pasco County.
