Complete I.T. Is Growing: A Larger Dade City Home Built for What’s Next

After Dade City, Lutz, and Wesley Chapel, Complete I.T. has found a much larger home back in Dade City: a 5,300-square-foot warehouse on three acres. Here's what the new space means for our clients: more parts in stock, in-house fabrication, and a base for growing across Florida.

DADE CITY, FL (October 8, 2026) When Thomas Giella and Charlie Bourne started Complete I.T. in 2014, the idea was simple: businesses and communities shouldn’t have to juggle an IT company, a security and alarm installer, a gate company, and a phone vendor. They should have one local team that understands how it all fits together.

That idea worked. Over the years we’ve added cybersecurity, security cameras, alarm systems, access control, automatic gates, business phones, structured cabling, and networks to the managed IT we started with, and we’ve earned 300 Google reviews with a 4.9-star average along the way.

Our space has had to keep up with that growth. Complete I.T. started in Dade City, moved to Lutz, and then to Wesley Chapel. For the past two and a half years we’ve been searching for a location large enough for where we’re headed.

We found it, and it brings us back to where we started. Complete I.T.’s new home is 40234 Townsend Rd in Dade City: a 5,300-square-foot warehouse on three acres, with room to do more for the people we serve than ever before.

More space isn’t about a bigger office. It’s about having the right part on the shelf, the right bracket built in-house, and the right people close enough to be there when you call.

Why we needed more room

Every service we offer depends on hardware: firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and servers; desk phones and conference phones; alarm panels and sensors; cameras and recorders; access control readers; and gate operators and their parts. Plus a lot of cable: fiber, CAT6, composite access control wiring, and more. As our client list grew across Pasco and Hillsborough counties, so did everything we need on hand to install, repair, and maintain it. Even with half of our Wesley Chapel building, we ran out of room.

We also kept running into the same frustration our clients feel: waiting. Waiting on a shipment for a part we could have stocked. Waiting on a manufacturer to build a special-order item to our specifications. A larger building cuts most of those waits.

What the new building makes possible

More parts on the shelf

With a 5,300-square-foot warehouse on three acres of property, the new location gives us far more inventory space. That means we can keep the equipment and replacement parts our clients rely on in stock locally, so a failed network switch, a dead desk phone, an alarm panel part, or a gate operator component is a same-trip fix instead of a wait for delivery.

  • Faster repairs, because common parts are already here
  • Shorter installation timelines for new projects
  • Better pricing on equipment we can buy and store in volume

Custom fabrication, in house

Real properties don’t always match off-the-shelf hardware. Until now, anything non-standard meant a special order: we sent the specifications to a manufacturer and waited for them to build it.

Poles were the biggest example. The poles that carry cameras, gate keypads, intercoms, and wireless links had to be special ordered to the right size for each site. With our new shop, we can order poles directly and cut and size them ourselves to fit the property. The same goes for other custom work a site needs. The result is installations that fit the property, finished sooner.

Room for the team to grow

More space means room for more technicians, more trucks, and more hands-on training. It gives our team a place to prepare equipment properly before it ever reaches your property, and to grow without cramming another desk into a corner.

What we do

If you’re new to Complete I.T., here’s the short version. We’re one local team for the technology your organization runs on:

  • Managed IT services: a help desk, monitoring, email, and the computers themselves, with service tiers that match what your organization needs
  • Cybersecurity: monitoring, multi-factor authentication, email filtering, training, and backups on a managed plan
  • Alarm systems: intrusion alarms installed and serviced under our Florida alarm license
  • Security cameras: cloud video you can check from your phone, with AI search and license plate recognition
  • Access control: doors, gates, and intercoms you can manage from one app
  • Automatic gate systems: installation, repair, and quarterly maintenance plans
  • Business phones: hosted VoIP with Yealink phones you can rent or buy
  • Structured cabling and networks & WiFi: the wiring and wireless everything else depends on

We work with offices, medical and dental practices, manufacturers, warehouses, retail stores, schools, churches, nonprofits, builders and new construction, property managers, and communities of every kind: HOAs, CDDs, POAs, condominium associations, and gated communities across Tampa Bay.

How we work

The move doesn’t change how we do business. It gives us more room to do it well.

It starts with a free assessment

Tell us what you have and what isn’t working. We’ll call you to learn more about what’s going on, and we try to reach you the same business day. No pressure and no hard sell.

An honest, right-sized plan

You get a clear proposal scoped to your property and budget. We’d rather earn a long relationship than oversell you on day one.

Clean installation by licensed technicians

We’re Florida licensed for low-voltage wiring (ES12001800) and alarm systems (EF20002234), and FCC registered. Our team holds CompTIA certifications, along with certifications from the manufacturers whose equipment we install. Installations using equipment purchased from us carry a one-year warranty on workmanship.

Local support that knows your setup

After the install, the same local team maintains and supports what we built, with monitoring available on managed plans. One team, one number to call, and one company accountable for all of it.

Looking ahead: growing across Florida

The new Dade City location is more than a bigger building. It’s a hub we can grow from. Over the next few years, we plan to open satellite locations elsewhere in Florida, supported by the inventory, fabrication, and training capacity we’re building here.

The goal is the same one we started with: a local team close enough to show up quickly, backed by the depth of a larger company. Satellite locations let us bring that to more of the communities and businesses that need it, without giving up the local, founder-led service our clients count on.

What stays the same

  • The same team you already know
  • The same phone number: (813) 444-4355
  • The same email: info@completeit.io
  • No interruption to service, support, or maintenance plans during the move
