WESLEY CHAPEL, FL (October 2023) Complete I.T. Corp has launched live nighttime video monitoring, a service in which professional monitoring staff watch client cameras after hours and step in while something is happening.
Most break-ins, dumping, and vandalism happen when nobody is on site. A recording helps after the fact. For businesses, communities, and government agencies, live monitoring is about stopping it while there is still time to act.
How it works
When someone is on a property where they should not be, the monitoring team speaks to them through on-site speakers and asks them to leave. Most people do. If they stay after repeated call-downs, the team calls law enforcement. If they leave before officers arrive, the team works to cancel the call.
Built by Complete I.T.
The monitoring system is Complete I.T.’s own, built on Brivo Video (formerly Eagle Eye Networks) cloud video. It uses AI to tell people and vehicles apart from the shadows, animals, and weather that set off ordinary motion alerts, so the team responds to real activity.
- Live monitoring after hours
- Call-downs through on-site speakers before police are called
- AI filtering, so monitoring staff respond to real activity
- Support from the same local team that installed the system
Complete I.T. has used AI video analytics on client cameras for years, and that filtering keeps false alarms rare.
