I dropped my hard drive and I was terrified I would loose ALL my important files!!! I called Complete I.T. and they said to bring it in. I rushed over and they assessed the issue. They worked so quickly and they even called me back by that night to tell me they were able to fix it!!! I was so thrilled and relieved it was able to be fixed!! LOVE this place and totally recommend it!!read more

Thomas and his team of computer experts were absolutely awesome. As an Electrical Contractor, I’ve worked side by side with them on many different jobs from Cat 5/6 networking, WiFi and cameras to high security building access.with mag locks. In their computer shop they installed a 2 TB hard drive in my laptop, it went from running like a 67 impala hitting on 6 out of 8 cylinders to running like a Ferrari on the race track. They went above and beyond the call of duty to point out a warranted factory recall on reflective screen coatings by Apple that was causing an issue and offered to go to the Apple store with me to have it repaired.They are immaculately detailed with complete customer satisfaction and perfection as their goal. I would trust this guy and his crew to the keys to my house. Very highly recommended.read more

The power port on my laptop broke and I thought I would end up replacing the whole thing cause the board was broken. But that was not the case. They were honest and repaired my computer within 2 days, (had to order the part). I will defiantly be using them again.read more

I worked with Mark when my Dell All In One Desktop stopped working properly. Problem with the hard drive. First spoke on the phone, he quickly diagnosed the cause based on my non technical description.Was able to bring the desktop to their office in Wesley chapel around noon. Mark called me at home around 4:30 to let me know he had repaired the computer. He then stayed a bit late so I could pick up the computer that evening. WHO DOES THAT!!! My son had an older laptop that he loved for gaming due to a fast processor and NVIDIA graphics card, but it would no longer boot up (it was running Vista, to show you how old it was). I thought the computer was "fried," its days of usefulness over. Before taking it to the Dump, I did a quick Google search and found Complete IT, and chose them based on a solid 5-Star Google consumer rating ...... and they exceeded my expectations. Mark diagnosed and repaired the computer, which required a new hard drive and new Windows 10 operating system - and did it all for just over $200.00. He was very polite, informative, and clearly "knows his stuff." I HIGHLY recommend Complete IT if you want exceptional value and service for your money.read more

All the great reviews is why I went to Complete IT in the first place. The entire staff was welcoming and professional from introduction to the completed work. I brought in my desktop and laptop to them. The desktop with a powering up issues and the laptop with screen issues. Everything went well and the price was very very reasonable. I had a spill on my laptop keyboard, and dropped my laptop off here to have it repaired. They took apart my laptop, checked the damage level, ordered a new keyboard, and installed it - which took taking the whole freaking laptop apart. They did all of this in only a few business days, and for way less than I expected to have to pay. Awesome, awesome job.read more

I had a most unusual problem with my Toshiba Laptop. It is five years old and runs fine (Windows 10), but three screws had worked out of the bottom of the laptop. It was causing the plastic case to split apart when the screen was open. Tried several places, Ace Hardware and the like to find replacements. No go. These guys quickly found some screws that fit and solved the problem. Many thanks to Complete I.T. for coming to the rescue.read more
