Complete I.T. Outlines Client Impact of Brivo and Eagle Eye Networks Merger

Complete I.T. Corp, certified on both the Brivo and Eagle Eye Networks platforms, outlined what the two companies' December 29, 2025 merger under the Brivo name means for its clients. Existing systems keep working, and the way clients reach Complete I.T. does not change.

WESLEY CHAPEL, FL (December 29, 2025) Complete I.T. Corp, a Tampa Bay technology and security company certified on both the Brivo and Eagle Eye Networks platforms, today outlined what the merger of the two companies means for its clients. Brivo and Eagle Eye Networks announced on December 29, 2025 that they are merging into one company under the Brivo name.

For businesses, communities, and government agencies that use Brivo door access, Eagle Eye cameras, or both, the merger brings door access and cloud video even closer together. Complete I.T. clients’ systems keep working, and nothing changes in how clients reach Complete I.T.

What the merger changes

According to the companies’ announcement:

  • The combined company operates as Brivo.
  • Access control, video, visitor management, and intrusion come together as the Brivo Security Suite.
  • Eagle Eye’s cloud video is now offered as Brivo Video.
  • Clients get one support team and one business relationship for access and video.
  • Both companies say they will keep supporting other camera and access control products.

A Brivo partner with a seat at the table

Since January 2025, Thomas Giella has served on the Brivo Partner Advisory Council (BPAC), a small group of partners who give Brivo feedback on its products and plans, and test new products before release.

Certified on both platforms

Complete I.T. was already certified on both platforms: Brivo Technical Certification, and Eagle Eye Networks Advanced, VMS, and LPR. The company will walk clients through any changes to apps or logins as Brivo rolls them out. For properties running both systems, the merger should make it easier to see door events and video side by side.
