A: Depending on the manufacturer and model of the camera, and the new camera system chosen, it is possible to reuse the cameras you already have. However, there are times where it is cost effective to replace the cameras rather than reusing them.
Q: Will you troubleshoot issues with our current camera system, even if you didn't install it?
A: Depending on the manufacturer of the camera system, Complete I.T. does troubleshoot and repair camera systems that we did not originally install.
Q: Can I record onsite at the office and have a backup in the cloud?
A: With Eagle Eye Networks as the chosen manufacturer for your camera system, this is available. However, additional licensing may be required depending on the length of recording copied to the cloud.
