They provided excellent communication throughout the entire process. After I picked up my laptop something were not working correctly, but they took it back to fix the problem at no cost. This company was recommended to me by some church members that had use them in the past. Mark was... very easy to get a hold of and to talk to brought my computer and explain the problem he was able to diagnose it quickly basically gave me a rundown of what they would do and how long it would take. When I went to pick up the computer , Thomas was the one I spoke to and took care of me explained a lot to me what I needed to do showed me a couple things and gave me some explanations showed me a shortcut also has agreed to help me once I’ve done those things he’s asked me to do because I am very computer illiterate he said he would take the time to show me a couple of things I really appreciate that and his exact words “ there is not enough kindness in the world“. These people did an excellent job repairing my computer. I had taken it to one of the big box... retailers with a repair division, they quoted over three times the amount and weren’t even sure what was wrong with it. Complete IT walked me through the potential problems, cost estimates for easy possible solution, and kept me apprised through each step. My total cost ended up being less than a third of the initial quote from the first vendor. Complete IT Computer Repair was referred to me by a friend who takes his home and work computers to them, I’m so glad he gave me their name. Alienware Laptop fan had a bad bearing and was fixed in 3 days. I am not familiar with taking apart laptops. They had the part overnighted and swapped out in a fast manner. Great experience with a quick turnaround time!
My teenage son "accidentally" dropped his laptop and broke the screen. Thankfully the laptop still... worked as we temporarily hooked it up to a PC monitor. I contacted Complete IT via website and they had called me back by the end of the following business day. They explained everything involved in replacing the screen and gave me an estimated price and ETA of about 1 week (shipping time). It was very straightforward, the cost of a new screen plus materials and labor. There is a $35 diagnostic fee, but that fee gets applied to the cost of repairs. I spoke mainly with Mark and Charlie and both are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Complete IT to anyone who needs any type of computer service in the future.read more

We brought my sons dead laptop in and they looked at it and troubleshot it down to the motherboard... being bad. They charged us 35.00 but in my opinion they did much more work than 35.00 would cover. Very professional and gave us the honest truth that it was more expensive to fix than replace. Warning: $ 1,150.00 DELL G15 bought 16 months ago died due to what Complete said is a factory fault in the motherboard. Hopefully Dell will do something when I complain. I have a 200.00 Chrome Book that is just as dependable as when I bought 5 yrs ago. I highly recommend Complete IT!read more
