Tips for using your Brivo Mobile Pass
Residents use the Brivo Mobile Pass app on their phones to open the community's gates and doors.
Open your invite email right away
When Brivo emails your Mobile Pass, open it on your phone and add the pass. The link is only valid for 48 hours.
One pass, one phone
Each email address can have one Brivo Mobile Pass, on one phone. Passes can't be shared.
Getting a new phone?
Your pass can't be moved to another phone on its own. Contact management to have it moved.
Keep Bluetooth on
Brivo Mobile Pass unlocks over Bluetooth, so turn it on and hold your phone near the reader.
Pick the gate or door in the app
Open the Brivo Mobile Pass app and tap the gate or door you want to open.
Don't see your gate or door?
Contact your community manager to confirm your email is registered and your access is assigned.
